About L&F Care Services Limited

L&F Care Services Limited began in 2013 primarily focusing on social work activities and independent assessments in different local authorities. 

L&F Care Services Limited was registered as a Domiciliary Care Agency in May 2021. The aim is to provide care in a way that puts the service user in full control of their care and to grow into the full-fledged care company that assists thousands of people to retain their independence within their homes. Person Centred Care is at the heart of what L&F Care Services Limited stand for. Our service believes that every person is an individual and that they must be empowered to live their lives as independently as possible. Therefore, we pride ourselves in being flexible and offering a personalised service to all our clients and our carers will always go an extra mile for our clients to ensure their needs are met. 

The Team

The team comprises of the Registered Manager, Office Manager/Care Coordinator and Supervisor with a total of 47 years of experience in care. We also have Care workers who form an integral part of our team.  We recruit our carers and staff for attitude and train for skills. All the candidates will be vetted before being put through a rigorous interview process. After robust selection, staff will be trained to ensure that their knowledge and skills meets the needs of our clients. 

The Registered Manager, has worked with people of all ages and from different walks of life as a social worker for 12 years. She has experience in social care that spans over 30 years in various disciplines including working with adults with learning disabilities, the elderly, children and the homeless. The Registered Manager has extensive experience working with various local authorities in both adult services and working with children and their families supporting the needs of vulnerable people.

Our aim is to raise the bar when it comes to delivering care to people in their homes. We are committed to excellence and Person Centred Care is at the heart of what we do.  We will make sure the carers we provide are compassionate, listen to clients, have genuine empathy and have a passion for what they do. We aim to provide a service of high quality and will work closely with clients and their families.
