L&F Care Services Limited was established in 2013, initially focusing on social work activities and independent assessments for various local authorities. In May 2021, we expanded our mission and registered as a Domiciliary Care Agency, with the aim of providing exceptional care that empowers individuals to retain their independence in the comfort of their own homes.

The Team
Our team is made up of dedicated professionals with a shared commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care across all our locations. Our leadership includes the Registered Manager, Care Managers, Office Managers, Care Coordinators, and Supervisors, supported by an ever-growing team of highly trained Care Workers.
Together, we bring decades of experience in social care, ensuring our clients receive the compassionate and professional support they deserve.
We recruit our team members based on their attitude, empathy, and passion for care, then provide them with comprehensive training to equip them with the skills and knowledge required to meet our clients' needs. All staff undergo a thorough vetting and rigorous selection process, including robust interviews and tailored induction programs.
Our Registered Manager brings over 30 years of experience in social care, including 12 years as a social worker supporting people of all ages and from diverse backgrounds. Her expertise spans working with adults with learning disabilities, older adults, children, and individuals experiencing homelessness. She has extensive experience collaborating with local authorities to support the needs of vulnerable individuals and families.
At the core of our mission is a commitment to raising the bar in domiciliary care. We place Person-Centred Care at the heart of everything we do, ensuring that the care we provide is tailored to each client's unique needs. We work closely with clients and their families to foster trust and deliver a service of the highest quality.
